Adding transcriptions to your audio and video projects is simple.

Dreamaker.io Transcribe is an automated speech recognition (ASR) service aimed at simplifying the addition of transcribed speech to your audio and video projects projects.

Adding Transcriptions

In the Dreamaker.io app, open the audio or video project you would like to transcribe, click on the Transcription tab, and select Manage Transcriptions.

Primary Language

Primary language indicates both the primary language and accent spoken in the media, as well as the language of the final transcription. If the media contains multiple languages, run separate transcriptions jobs.

Number of Speakers

Select the the number of speakers in the audio. 

Note: Transcriptions can take up to a number of hours for long files and during peak times. You will be emailed when your transcription is complete.

Easy-to-Read, Easy-to-Edit Transcriptions

Dreamaker.io transcriptions include color-highlighted time stamps so that you can easily locate the audio in the original source. Transcriptions are output in a text editor, making it simple to edit and update transcriptions as needed. 

Color-coded annotations are also used to appropriately attribute speakers.
