If you would like to keep your feedback, comments, analysis and replies private until you are ready for students to view them, use the analysis visibility menu:

In the right panel above the analyses, click on the eye-icon to open the Analysis Visibility menu

Select the appropriate visibility setting: either PRIVATE or COLLABORATE (collaborate is the default setting)

1. Open the relevant audio or video project

3. Select the appropriate visibility setting: either PRIVATE or COLLABORATE (collaborate is the default setting)

PRIVATE - only you will be able to see your comments, notes, analysis and replies.

COLLABORATE - all project collaborators will be able to see your comments, notes, analysis and replies. This is the default setting.
